It's that time again....it's time for the i'm bored at work blog. The semester is nearly over. I have one more final on thursday evening and then I am done. All I can say is good riddens. I had a meeting today to meet with my advisor for my research next semester. I got it and I'm excited. Next semester should be a lot better and more fun hopefully. I am going to try and work less hopefully and balance my schedule a little better. I had my evaulation at the Armory last Thursday it went really well. My boss loves me even though I hadn't shown up for my 5 am shift in 5 plus weeks. I worked at the Legion on Friday night and we had a huge bar brawl in there. I had to call the cops and then the guy who started it decided to attack the cops. In the end, the guy needed to be tasered twice to be subdued. Needless to say he is not getting out of prison for quite sometime. It was really scary. I was shaking. The funny part was people were still ordering drinks admist all the wrestling. I thought about quiting but I like the job to much and my boss Bruce asured me that this hasn't happened in a year. So i'll stick it out. I need to be less of a wuss anyway. Now onto my boy. It's still going really well. I met his mom last week and he met my dad and Kathy. Both meetings went fairly well. My dad really didn't have to much to say other than "he has earrrings, but seems nice". I guess I'll take it. A few people have said to me that what do you see in him; you don't have anything in common. Which is true we don't have a ton in common, but thats the fun part. I'm getting exposed to things I have never been exposed to. For example (don't judge) I've never seen any of the Star Wars. So Aaron and I watched all but one. And I have to say I actually enjoyed them. It sounds dorky but oh well. I like what I like. I get to listen to all sorts of new music I would have never listened to before I met him and I actually really enjoy some of it. I have even went as far as to download some of it. We also have a lot of the same family values in common which is very important to me. The stuff we don't have in common like going out and partying, etc. He's kind of older and over it, but he still will go out and have a good time. I can't expect him to like everything I like that wouldn't be much fun at all. We'll just leave it at I'm happy with the realtionship.
p.s. did i mention Christmas came way way to fast. I am not ready at all.

Colleen, you have plenty in common. As a guy, he naturally likes breasts. As a girl, you own a pair of these. Thus, nothing to worry about.
